Questions About Our Policies?
If you have questions about appointments, billing, insurance, privacy, or any of our practice policies, we’re here to help.
Appointment Scheduling
Scheduling your first appointment is simple. You may:
✓ Request an appointment online
✓ Call one of our offices
✓ Contact us by phone or email
Our administrative team will:
• Answer your questions
• Verify insurance benefits when applicable
• Discuss scheduling availability
• Help match you with the clinician who best fits your needs
Appointments are confirmed once scheduling and any required paperwork have been completed.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving timely care, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) will incur a $100 no-show fee.
These fees are the client’s responsibility and are not billable to insurance.
Payment & Billing Policy
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made.
Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for:
• Copayments
• Coinsurance
• Deductibles
• Services not covered by your insurance plan
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Any outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the client.
If you have questions regarding billing or insurance benefits, our administrative team is happy to assist you.
Insurance & Reimbursement
We accept most major insurance plans, although participation varies by clinician and insurance carrier.
Before your first appointment, we’ll verify your benefits and explain any estimated out-of-pocket costs.
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, self-pay options may be available. Depending on your plan, you may also qualify for out-of-network reimbursement.
Our team is happy to discuss your options.
