Dear Friend,

Life has a way of piling experiences on top of each other moments of joy, moments of pain, and moments we don’t quite know how to carry. Sometimes it feels like you’re sorting through a drawer full of emotions that don’t seem to fit anywhere. But you don’t have to sort through them alone.

Counseling is a space where your voice is heard, your story is honored, and your feelings are safe to explore. Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and curiosity. I will walk beside you as you uncover patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and learn to navigate the parts of life that feel tangled or heavy.

If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, reclaim your emotional space, and grow in ways that feel authentic to you, I’m here.

You deserve a life that feels like yours.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a clinician because I have a genuine passion for helping others heal, grow, and recognize their strengths. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel understood and supported, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward meaningful change and improved well-being.

What I Enjoy Most About Helping Clients

What I enjoy most is witnessing clients discover their own resilience and confidence. Seeing someone overcome obstacles, gain new perspectives, and make progress toward the life they want is incredibly rewarding. Building trusting relationships and celebrating each client’s growth, no matter how big or small, is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.

My Counseling Style

My counseling style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
