Dear Strong Friend,

Life can feel heavy—especially when you’re used to helping everyone else carry their load. When you’re always holding it together for others, it’s easy to forget that you need and deserve support too.

You don’t have to carry everything alone.

I provide a supportive space where you can slow down, speak freely, and feel truly understood. Therapy isn’t about me giving you all the answers—it’s about gaining clarity, processing what’s beneath the surface, and developing tools to move forward with confidence.

I am passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health. Seeking support is not a weakness—it’s a powerful step toward healing and growth.

Healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed. It means the pain no longer controls your life.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the first step.

If you’re ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

I believe in meeting people where they are and building a genuine therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and respect. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change while feeling supported every step of the way.
