Life is a lot like football. It’s a game of strategy, resilience, and teamwork. There are moments when you’re running full speed toward the end zone, and others when you feel stuck at the line of scrimmage, unsure of the next play. Sometimes, despite all your effort, life throws an unexpected fumble your way.

You don’t have to face the game alone. Every great athlete has a coach, someone who sees their potential, helps them sharpen their skills, and guides them through challenges. In the same way, I’m here to support you, to help you break through obstacles, and to remind you that setbacks don’t define you—how you respond to them does. On this journey, think of me as your coach—helping you build the tools, mindset, and confidence to succeed.

No matter where you are in this season of life, I believe in your ability to push forward. Whether you need encouragement, a fresh perspective, or just someone to remind you of the strength you already have, I’m here. Together, we’ll navigate the field, overcome challenges, and work toward the life you deserve.

Let’s get in the game.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a clinician because I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Life can be difficult, and I wanted to be someone who helps others navigate those challenges while empowering them to recognize their own strengths and resilience. Watching people grow, heal, and discover hope is one of the most rewarding parts of this profession.

What I Enjoy Most About Helping Clients

The most meaningful part of my work is seeing clients realize they are stronger than they believed. I enjoy building genuine relationships, helping people develop practical skills they can use every day, and celebrating the progress they make—whether it’s a major breakthrough or a series of small victories that lead to lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe, challenged, and encouraged as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

My Counseling Style

My counseling style is direct, honest, and supportive. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’ll also challenge you when needed. I believe growth comes from being willing to have honest conversations, take accountability, and put in the work necessary to make meaningful changes.

I don’t believe in simply telling clients what they want to hear. Instead, I provide straightforward feedback while creating a safe and respectful space where you can be yourself. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and leave each session with practical tools you can apply in your everyday life.
